Q: 4. Health & Safety Restrictions

Speedboat tours involve high-impact movements and rough sea conditions. For your safety, our speedboat tours are strictly NOT recommended for: Pregnant women (สตรีมีครรภ์), Infants under 1 year old (เด็กทารกต่ำกว่า 1 ขวบ), Seniors over 70 years old (ผู้สูงอายุเกิน 70 ปี), People with back, neck, or heart problems (ผู้มีปัญหาหลัง คอ หรือหัวใจ). Brezoria reserves the right to refuse boarding if these conditions apply, without refund if not disclosed in advance. Participation in speedboat tours involves inherent risks including but not limited to capsizing, sea sickness, physical impact from waves, and marine wildlife. By booking with us, you voluntarily assume all such risks and confirm that you do not have any medical conditions that would make traveling by speedboat dangerous.

Q: 5. Weather & Force Majeure Policy

Tours operate rain or shine, provided sea conditions are safe. Full refunds are issued only if the tour is cancelled by the operator due to unsafe weather conditions. If We Cancel (Operator Cancellation): If the tour is cancelled by Brezoria due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g., port authority restrictions, storms), you will receive a 100% refund or free date change. If You Cancel (Customer Cancellation): If you choose to cancel due to weather concerns (but the tour is still operating), no refund will be issued. Tours operate rain or shine as long as sea conditions are safe.

Q: 6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the trip. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable. No-Show Policy: If you are not at the pick-up point 10 minutes after the scheduled time, it will be considered a 'No-Show' and no refund will be given. Our drivers must maintain strict schedules as they pick up passengers from multiple locations.
